Allen Cunningham Sick Call
I don’t remember this specific hand from the WSOP ESPN broadcasts, and I’m pretty sure I would have had this one stuck in my mind, or maybe it has been too long. Anyhow, this video is more proof when Allen Cunningham is just the sickest of the sick. He folds aces when he knows he’s beat, and here he makes a ridiculously strong call against Jamie Gold.
You can’t see the hole cards until the end which kind of makes this even better, as you get to try to figure it out as it goes. It also features commentary by Phil Hellmuth and Phil Gordon.
I love it.
