Online MTTs & Dumb Players
Played a couple of $3 + .30 Kill MTT’s tonight while watching the NCAA final. Hadn’t played in a good while, just kind of goofing around. Not really any good action to speak of, though I couldn’t help but notice how many people, especially at this low level, just love love love the min raise and min bet.
Raising the big blind from under the gun to 2x.
Betting out 100 chips into a 3000 chip pot.
It blows my mind a little every time.
You even see this kind of action at $1/$2 no limit table sometimes, people who just have no idea how to bet. Hilarious and a little scary.
And yet somehow they always end up lucky, or inadvertently & accidentally soft playing a KK or AA.
I’d love to play with these kind of guys in live games.
Can we start a live game forum in Atlanta?
Can we ever be allowed to play publicly?
Poker. Eesh.

Wow, I almost went on a rant about freedom there for a second but reeled it back in.
Move out to Southern California. we can play here just fine and the weather isn’t too crummy either.
