Sam Farha on Omaha
Interesting new book came out in October, an Omaha book by Sam Farha titled, rather unsurprisinly: FARHA ON OMAHA.
I haven’t had a chance to take a look at it yet but hopefully it’s written in the manner of style Farha exudes at the table, which would make for pretty interesting reading, if not an insight into one of the more strange of the well known players.
Probably, though, it’s ghost written in the language most all poker books have, a pretty boring mash-up. The only book I’ve read that particularly went out of its way to be entertaining in writing style is Phil Gordon’s manuals, which are surprisingly readable and sometimes even great.
Anyhow, may be worth a peek, especially for those interested in improving their non hold em skills.
